Administration Role includes :

  • General office duties
  • Processing large volumes of quotes orders, creating invoices
  • Handling a high volume and maintaining outlook email
  • Custom clearances Form 43 & Form 44, Wine Shipping Exemption, Export Declaration Number for Ship Supplies
  • Dealing with internal and external parties
  • Any other duties specified by your manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

To be successful as an Administration Role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Previous experience in working in a fast paced administration environment
  • Strong microsoft excel skills and a fast and accurate typing speed (50-60+ wpm)
  • To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
  • Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
