Due to an increase in the Oil & Gas industry sector within Northeast BC, there has also been a rising demand for skilled workers. As a result, many people have been relocating to this region of BC and there has been a need to assist those people with employment strategies, community resources, and local industry labour market information. In response to this need, a committee was formed and the information below was designed to help those who require some basic initial information on the Northeast region.
