Job Description

Full-time

Shifts are: afternoon/ evenings weekday and weekends 3 to 11 pm,
Day shifts/ weekends: Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 3 pm
Shifts are Based on training and business demand

Responsibilities

Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
Accommodate guest requests
Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
Promote hotel services
Handle cash payments
Maintain a clean and neat front desk area

How to Apply:

Customer service experience and knowledge of computerized system would be preferred
Helpful to have Class 5 licence to be trained for hotel shuttle operation
Potential cross training for catering could be available
