While assisting with future growth in the Northeast BC area, you will build relationships and partner with our hard-working team and key stakeholders. * Lead in the delivery of Flint’s HSE programs, policies, and initiatives.
* Provide input on overall project scope from work activity, scheduling planning and execution of plant and field duties.
* Monitor plant and field activities to ensure we are meeting safety, quality, schedule and cost for each project.
* Perform management duties including mentoring, professionalism and continuously working on ways to develop a positive culture.
* Perform on-site management and coordination for all subcontractors.
* Pursue growth opportunities through networking functions and local community involvement.

Who You Are

* Extensive knowledge of plant and field operations.
* Create a safe, collaborative and respectful working environment and culture.
* Build and maintain working relationships with clients and internal staff.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Willing to work a flexible schedule to ensure to meet client needs.
* Work well independently, yet able to effectively communicate with internal groups and teams and utilize your leadership skills when needed.


* Trade Certification, Power Engineering or Engineering Degree
* H2S Alive Certificate
* CSTS Certificate
* Standard First Aid


* 3-5 years Oil & Gas, industrial, or plant operation experience in a supervisory/manager role.
