Overview

Are you looking to join a high-performing and great operations team? Are you a passionate and skilled Apprentice Insulator and looking for temporary work? If you answered yes, then we are your Clear Choice.  

 Flint, a division of ClearStream is looking for Insulators of all levels, you must have a journeyman ticket or proof of hours.  

 These positions will be camp based in Fort St. John, offering a 21/7 schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Insulation removal 
  • Module pipe insulation
  • Insulation tie ins
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select type of insulation required 
  • Measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools 
  • Applying and securing insulation using strapping, taping and other application and installation methods 
  • Fitting insulation around obstructions and between studs and joists 
  • Fabricate and install metal cladding

Other details: 

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.  

Covid-19:

There is a Client Owner mandated COVID-19 Vaccination Protocol to obtain access to the  site.  You will be required to show proof of double vaccination with two doses of the Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine, with no less than 14 days since the second vaccination.  Individuals who are not double vaccinated will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 test every 72 hours. The test will be provided on-site by the Client Owner.

  • Have proof of hours 
  • Have valid up to date safety tickets: CSO, H2S Alive, First Aid, Fall Pro, TDG, WHMIS
  • 21/7 day schedule
